NIAGARA FALLS – A Niagara falls teen charged with weapons possession about 10 a.m. Saturday was arrested in the 2200 block of Pierce Avenue after he was spotted with a rifle stuck down the front of his pants, police said.

Raekwon T. Ford, 17, of North Avenue ran off when ordered to stop, tossing the rifle into the street, police said. He was quickly captured, police added.

Police said they recovered the .22-caliber rifle and charged Ford with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and resisting arrest.
