LOCKPORT – Two Niagara Falls men were arraigned Thursday on indictments resulting from their vehicles being pulled over by police.

In Niagara County Court, Charles E. Long, 33, of Willow Avenue, pleaded not guilty to felony driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a lane violation, speeding and driving without the ignition interlock device required after a previous DWI conviction.

Long’s blood alcohol content was measured at 0.13 percent after the Feb. 13 stop in Newfane.

In State Supreme Court, Derrick A. Daniels, 49, of 23rd Street, denied charges of third- and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He allegedly had crack cocaine when police stopped him Oct. 25 in the Falls.
