Erie County Sheriff’s road patrols arrested two women for driving while intoxicated over the weekend.
In Newstead at about 4:30 a.m. Sunday, Tuaylataisha Dejesuslozada, 25, of Buffalo, was charged with aggravated DWI, driving without a license and unsafe parking after deputies responded to a citizen complaint of a suspicious vehicle on the side of Cummings Road. Her blood alcohol level was 0.19 percent, more than double the legal limit.
In Marilla at about 10 p.m. Sunday, Janet M. Myers, 44, of Lancaster, was charged with DWI, failure to maintain roadway and failure to obey a traffic control device. She was pulled over for erratic operation on Two Rod Road. Her blood alcohol level was 0.12 percent.
These two arrests bring the sheriff’s road patrols’ total to 109 so far this year.
