Tow truck driver arrested for drugs after speeding stop

NORTH HARMONY – A 24-year-old Sinclairville tow truck driver was charged with drug possession and vehicle log violations after state police pulled over his rig for speeding on I-86 here Friday. Zachary D. Legere was found to have falsified his truck log book records and troopers found in his rig hypodermic needles with heroin reside. Legere was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second-degree, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument and log book violations. He was ordered to appear in North Harmony Town Court in several weeks.
