A two-alarm fired Saturday caused $130,000 in damage to a house on Stonebriar Drive in Clarence.

A caller to the Clarence Center Fire Department reported the fire and the possibility of an elderly man inside the house at 5:44 p.m. According to Clarence Center Fire Chief Stephen Leising, heavy smoke was coming from the eaves of the house when firefighters arrived on the scene, and all occupants of the house were outside.

Damage was confined to a master bedroom, bathroom, closet and the attic. The fire began near a bathroom ceiling fan. The cause remains under investigation.
