Preservation Buffalo Niagara named Catherine Schweitzer chairwoman of its board of directors. Other officers: vice chairs, Marla Bujnicki, Terry Robinson, Eric Stenclik; secretary, Patrick Brown; and treasurer, Peter Flynn. Fundraising software developer SofTrek promoted Tracy M. Pericozzi to manager, professional services. Pericozzi joined the company as a software engineer and most recently was business intelligence team leader.


Meals on Wheels for WNY Director of Nutrition Services Peg Fitkowski has received the 2014 Excellence in Food Service Management Award from the Western New York Dietetics Association. Fitkowski has been with the agency in this role since 1990.

Explore & More Children’s Museum has received three major awards for the organization’s work with children and families in the Western New York community: Barbara Leggett, executive director, 2014 Achievement Award, American Association of University Women, Buffalo branch; Hannah Spalding, AmeriCorps VISTA member, Outstanding Service Member award from Buffalo Mayor Byron W.
