JAMESTOWN – Two men from Ann Arbor, Mich., were arrested on drug charges after State Police stopped their allegedly speeding car on Route I-86 in the Town of North Harmony Monday afternoon.

The driver, Patrick Montgomery, 25, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs and unlawful possession of marijuana. His passenger, Michael Frasier, 22, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. Using K9 Trooper “Kubi”, troopers reported finding a marijuana grinder and marijuana in a baggie and some Atterol pills in the vehicle and in the shoes of the suspects. Both were issued appearance tickets for proceedings in North Harmony Town Court in several weeks.
