Explore Buffalo is offering a behind-the-scenes look at one of the country’s oldest private women’s clubs, the Twentieth Century Club of Buffalo. The tour is scheduled for 3 to 5 p.m. June 13 at the club, located at 595 Delaware Ave.

“[Architect] E.B. Green designed the home for one of America’s most historic private women’s clubs to be a model of classical décor,” a recent release notes. “Guests have included Eleanor Roosevelt, Robert Frost, and other leading figures.”

Tickets are $40, and a wine and cheese reception will be included.
