The Association for Counselor Education and Supervision named Keith Klostermann, chairman of the counseling and psychology department of Medaille College, an editorial reviewer for the Counselor Education and Supervision. In addition, Klostermann was recently named to the editorial boards of the Journal of Professional Counseling, and Counseling: Outcome Research and Evaluation.

Company Connections

Picone Construction Corp. recently completed the 6,020-square-foot Carquest Auto Parts Store at 6370 Transit Road in Cheektowaga. The project consisted of site development and erection of the new pre-engineered metal building with colored split face block veneer exterior. It replaces the store located farther down Transit Road.


Univera Healthcare presented Mount St. Mary’s Hospital a Certificate of Excellence recognizing the hospital for the highest overall performance in the combined Clinical Process and Surgical Site Improvement Project measures.


Ensil Technical Services, Niagara Falls, was awarded a $20,600 federal contract for the maintenance and rebuilding of equipment from the U.S. Air Force Materiel Command, Hill Air Force Base, Utah.


Canisius College received a $10,000 grant from Honeywell’s Buffalo Research Laboratory. The funds will be used to offset costs associated with students’ preparation and participation in the Western New York Chapter of the International Chemistry Olympiad.
