JAMESTOWN – A 20-year-old Jamestown man suspected of breaking into a Jamestown thrift store early Wednesday was arrested at a Falconer residence by Jamestown and Ellicott Town police about 9 a.m. Thursday.

Steven M. Becker is being held on third-degree burglary charges for allegedly breaking a window to get into the Kind Thrifter Consignments store at 8 E.5th St., about 3 a.m. Wednesday and stealing property.

Jamestown police investigators reported recovering most of the stolen items. Becker is being held in the Jamestown City Jail pending further court proceedings.
