TOWN OF NIAGARA – Rep. Chris Collins, R-Clarence, will be the keynote speaker at the invitation-only annual meeting of the Niagara Military Affairs Council, set for 5:30 p.m. Thursday in the Heritage Center at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station.

The council is a group of local residents who work and lobby on behalf of keeping the base open and expanding its mission and facilities.

Chairman John Cooper and Vice Chairman Merrell Lane will report on the current situation and the the group’s recent accomplishments and its upcoming goals.
