Town of Tonawanda driver and her two passengers arrested

A 27-year-old driver from the Town of Tonawanda and her two Buffalo passengers were all charged with drug counts when the car they were in was stopped in the second block of West Ferry Street about 8 a.m. Thursday after officers saw the front seat passenger was not using a seat belt. Arrested on criminal possession of a controlled substance charges were:

• The driver, Danarae Dotter, 27, of Edgewood Avenue, Tonawanda.

• Her sister and front seat passenger, Crystalynn Dotter, 28, of Guernsey Street.

• Back seat passenger, Lisa Pasco, 29, of Letchworth St.

Danarae Dotter was accused of possession of a spoon with narcotic residue and a pill bottle with numerous prescription pills found in a makeup bag. Crystalynn Dotter was accused of having a crack pipe and one rock of crack cocaine in a plastic bag in her purse and she was also charged with failing to use a seat belt. Pasco was accused of having crack cocaine and a crack pipe in her underwear and crack cocaine in her purse.
