Innovation Engineering Labs awarded a Black Belt in Innovation Engineering to Robert Kosobucki, a growth and innovation consultant at Insyte Consulting. Kosobucki, a member of the Insyte team since 2003, specializes in helping companies strategize, plan and implement revenue growth.


The Western Division Federal Credit Union elected Warren Tulowitzki chairman of its board of directors. Other officers: vice chairwoman, Christine Newhouse; and treasurer/secretary, Samuel Loquasto. Literacy New York Buffalo-Niagara named Matt Chandler to its board of directors. Chandler is the author of 10 children’s books and is marketing director at Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP.
