One of the two men who reportedly jumped on a CSX train in Buffalo at about 6:30 p.m. today was taken in for questioning by CSX police officers after he was found by Evans town police officers just before 7 p.m.

Buffalo and Hamburg town police had been told that a second man or teenage boy apparently jumped off the train as it was heading toward Hamburg but he was never located.

Evans police officials would not comment on the incident. But as of early this evening, there were no reports of criminal charges being lodged against the man.

Calls to CSX media representatives were not returned.
