LOCKPORT – A man who sold narcotics Aug. 16 in Niagara Falls pleaded guilty Monday and was admitted to the judicial diversion program of court-supervised drug treatment.

Justin K. Bond, 28, of Orange Street, Buffalo, admitted to third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance before Niagara County Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas.

Bond risks a nine-year state prison sentence if he is unsuccessful in treatment, but he will receive a plea reduction to a misdemeanor and a probation sentence if he succeeds in the two-year program.
