“Keeping Kids Safe in an Electronic Age,” an informational program for parents to learn about the newest social media apps kids are using today, will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Monday in the high school auditorium, 600 Fletcher St.
The program will include insight by school administrators, social workers, city police and teens into popular apps such as Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat.
Also this week:
• The Common Council meets at 7 p.m. Tuesday in City Hall, 200 Niagara St. An informal session will begin at 6.
• Staff from the office of state Sen. Mark Grisanti, R-Buffalo, will hold satellite office hours from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday in City Hall, 200 Niagara St.
