LOCKPORT – A Cheektowaga man drew five years’ probation Monday from State Supreme Court Justice Richard C. Kloch Sr. for having cocaine when his car was pulled over by Niagara Falls police March 17, 2013.

Terry Cauley Sr., 47, of Peachtree Road, Cheektowaga, had pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Police found 0.16 ounces of cocaine in the auto. Cauley’s cousin and passenger, Ian L. Lightfoot, 35, of the Falls, also was arrested, but the charges against him were dismissed as part of Cauley’s plea deal.

Police allegedly found $3,070 in Lightfoot’s pocket, but Cauley admitted ownership of the cocaine, according to a police report.
