A 70-year-old Lockport man was arrested on harassment and trespass charges for allegedly threatening security officers at the Roswell Park Cancer Institute valet parking lot at Elm and Carlton streets about 3 p.m. Monday. Irwin Serota was arrested after the peace officers employed by the institute told him to leave because he had been ordered to stay away from the hospital last week. The Locust Street man was accused of taking a swing at several of the Roswell Park officers.
