The Industrial Development Agency is holding public hearings Tuesday on a trio of proposals for which payment in lieu of taxes (PILOT) agreements, as well as mortgage and sales tax exemptions, are sought.

ELEA Enterprises is asking for IDA assistance to acquire property and a building for a $340,000 expansion of its manufacturing business at 110 Rotech Drive.

Scott’s Buffalo Inn is proposing a 71,500-square-foot, 108-room hotel at 6647 Transit Road, with an estimated cost of $11.46 million.

A $5.5 million project has been proposed by the Whiting Group of Canada, which wants to acquire property and a building at 4304 Walden Ave. for manufacturing roll-away doors for speciality vehicles.

The meeting begins at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday in the board meeting room at Town Hall, 21 Central Ave.

Also this week:

•The Village Board has a work session at 6 p.m. Monday, followed by its regular business meeting at 7, on the second floor of the Municipal Building, 5423 Broadway.

• A Lancaster School Board candidates’ forum begins at 6 p.m. Monday at Lancaster High School, 1 Forton Drive, followed by a budget hearing and regular School Board meeting at 7. Four candidates, including two incumbents, are running for three, three-year terms.

• The Village Historic Preservation Commission meets at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Municipal Building.
