The Bills picked Sammy Watkins with their first pick at the 2014 NFL draft tonight at Radio City Music Hall in New York City, on Thursday, May 8, 2014.

The Buffalo Bills traded up to select Clemson wide receiver Sammy Watkins with the fourth-overall pick in the NFL draft.

The Bills moved up five spots, from No. 9, and traded the Browns their first-round pick and fourth-round pick in 2015.

Bills President and CEO Russ Brandon said, “We went into this draft saying we were going to be bold and we made a bold move.”
