Lawrence tops sexiest list

J-Law is one sexy star.

Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence was named the Sexiest Woman in the World by FHM magazine, beating out gorgeous gals like Rihanna, Scarlett Johansson and mama-to-be Mila Kunis, who all ranked lower on the magazine’s list of the world’s top 100 beauties.

It was Lawrence’s looks and fearless attitude (including the decision to chop off her locks this year) that “made the world fall face-over-arse in love with her,” the mag said. Last year, the 23-year-old was only No. 20 on the list.

RiRi, meanwhile, came in at No. 3, while engaged (and reportedly pregnant), bombshell ScarJo landed in the tenth spot, and Kunis, who is expecting her first child with fiance Ashton Kutcher, came in at No. 6 on the list.

Also making it into the top ten were Beyoncé, “Big Bang Theory” star Kaley Cuoco and singer Nicole Scherzinger.

New Kids on a TV cruise

The New Kids on the Block are taking reality TV to the high seas.

The boy band will star in the TV Guide Network’s upcoming show “Rock This Boat: New Kids on the Block,” which takes place on an NKOTB concert cruise, the network announced on Thursday. For the past five years, Donnie Wahlberg, Jordan Knight and the rest of the guys have sold out concert cruises.

The show will follow select “super fans” aboard the ship.

Making herself at home

Bellamy Young, better known as America’s first lady on the hit show “Scandal,” is taking a closer look at the city that’s her home on TV, including neglected sites on the National Mall.

The 44-year-old actress is visiting Washington for the first time since she started playing Mellie Grant and will attend the White House correspondents’ dinner this weekend.

Friday, she joined a tour with a nonprofit group working to restore the National Mall. She stepped gingerly in heels around potholes, mud and broken sidewalks in an area called Constitution Gardens.

Young says it’s disturbing to see the park in disrepair with dirty pools of water where fish die each year.

She says she will help the Trust for the National Mall raise money for repairs.
