Jamestown man arrested in crack cocaine raid

JAMESTOWN – A 29-year-old Jamestown man was taken into custody Thursday morning as Jamestown Police investigators and State troopers raided his home at 847 Lafayette Street.

Laval A. Johnson was taken into custody about 10:15 a.m. and the investigators also seized a quantity of crack cocaine and cash. Also found in the flat was Antonio A. Sanders, 25, and after a computer check indicated he was the subject of two arrest warrants in a domestic contempt case he was also taken into custody. Both are being held at the City Jail pending further court proceedings.
