LOCKPORT – A woman pleaded not guilty Thursday in Niagara County Court to an indictment accusing her of using a baseball bat to vandalize a man’s car Oct. 8 in Niagara Falls.

Tammy L. Pawlukovich, 39, now living on Main Street in Youngstown, was ordered held on $2,000 bail by County Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas, after Pawlukovich failed to show up for a scheduled March 5 arraignment.

Pawlukovich is charged with second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree auto stripping. An order of protection was granted to the victim and another man.
