Lockport man admits to dealing cocaine

LOCKPORT – A South Transit Street man pleaded guilty Thursday in Niagara County Court to selling cocaine last year, in one of three deals in which he was originally accused.

Terry E. Tennyson, 31, was promised a sentence of no more than a year in the County Jail by County Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas, who will make her decision July 17.

Tennyson pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance in connection with a Feb. 20, 2013, sale in the City of Lockport. He was also indicted on sales that allegedly occurred March 7 and April 22, 2013.
