Pickup truck driver in critical condition after Clarence crash

A 63-year-old Clarence man is in critical condition at Buffalo Medical Center’s Gates Vascular Institute after he crashed his pickup truck on Stahley Road in the Town of Clarence about 1:15 p.m. today.

Gregory Domster apparently lost control of his vehicle after suffering a sudden medical condition while heading east on Stahley and crashed into a utility pole, according to the Erie County Sheriff’s Office.

He was taken by ambulance to Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital where he was stabilized and then taken to the Buffalo hospital.
