At least two applications are up for review when the Planning Board meets at 7 p.m. Monday in the Conference Room at Town Hall, 2255 Baseline Road.

A special use permit has been requested to operate a bed and breakfast inn at 1559 East River Road. And a site plan has been submitted for Nottingham Estates, a three-building, 32-unit apartment complex proposed for a two-acre site at 1995 Grand Island Blvd.

The public hearing for the controversial 414-unit Light House Pointe residential project at Whitehaven and East River roads, scheduled for April 21, has been canceled at the request of the developer. Another development plan may be introduced later.
