LOCKPORT – A Somerset man was arraigned Tuesday in Niagara County Court on an indictment accusing him of having more than 10 pounds of marijuana when the county drug task force searched the residence Oct. 9.

Ralph D. Fuller, 49, of Lake Road, pleaded not guilty to first-degree criminal possession of marijuana and unlawfully growing cannabis. He remains free on $2,000 bail.

Sheriff’s deputies reported at the time that a search warrant was issued after a Child Protective Services officer visiting the home smelled pot.
