LOCKPORT - A man who robbed three gas stations in Lockport Feb. 23 while armed with a knife accepted a plea deal Wednesday in Niagara County Court.

Todd M. Delavalle, 24, of Robinson Road, pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of attempted first-degree robbery and is to be sentenced June 10 by Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas.

The judge pledged to send Delavalle to state prison for something between eight and 12 years.

Delavalle admitted robbing the NOCO station in exchange for charges being dropped in the robberies of the Sunoco and Crosby’s stores.
