LOCKPORT - Darnell K. Davis, 19, of Pierce Avenue, Niagara Falls, accepted a plea offer Wednesday in connection with the $13,070 burglary of an e-cigarette store on Pine Avenue in the Falls on the night of July 30-31.

Davis will serve no more than a year in the County Jail for his plea to attempted third-degree burglary, Niagara County Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas said. She will make the call June 11.

The judge warned Davis that he might end up stuck with the full restitution tab, since co-defendant Frank M. Thomas, who pleaded guilty Feb. 19, is headed to state prison as a repeat felon.
