LOCKPORT - Elizabeth G. Vanness, 31, of Porter Road, Town of Niagara, was admitted to the judicial diversion program Wednesday after pleading guilty to selling stolen property Nov. 16.

Vanness admitted to fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Niagara County Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas said Vanness could go to prison for four years if she washes out of the court-supervised drug treatment program. But if she succeeds, the charge will be reduced to a misdemeanor with a probation sentence.
