M&T Bank promoted Paul M. Zimniewicz and Matthew P. Nagowski to administrative vice president. Zimniewicz has been with the bank for 19 years, having most recently served as vice president. He is a Medaille College graduate. Nagowski, also previously a vice president, has been with the bank for seven years. He is a Cornell University graduate.


Phillips Lytle associates Joanna Dickinson and Harold T. Hinds recently participated in a Buffalo Lawyers for the Arts event to benefit Give For Greatness. Dickinson and Hinds performed as members of the Breaking Bad R&B Band in the Sportsmen’s Tavern in Buffalo.
