ATTICA – A 20-year-old Attica man was arrested on drug and other charges after Attica police stopped his car on Prospect Street about 5 p.m. Friday because the vehicle had no inspection sticker.

Tory D. Schimley of Laurel Drive, was quickly charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument after officers found in his car baggies of drugs and hypodermic needles. Schimley was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle for driving with an already-suspended license, and for having an uninspected motor vehicle.
