A driver who ran a red light on Lake Avenue in Orchard Park about 3:30 a.m. Saturday faces a charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated, police said.

William R. Anderson, no age or address given, was pulled over just after 3:30 a.m. near Abbott Road, Orchard Park police said.

Anderson posted a .23 percent blood-alcohol level – nearly three times the legal limit, police added. He also was charged with failing to signal a turn, passing a red light and refusing a roadside alcohol screening.
