Falls man arraigned in house burglary case

LOCKPORT – Sean Kent Jr., 20, of Buffalo Avenue, Niagara Falls, pleaded not guilty Monday in State Supreme Court to four counts connected with an alleged house burglary that occurred Aug. 20 on 24th Street in the Falls.

Kent was indicted on charges of second-degree burglary, fourth-degree grand larceny, fourth-degree criminal mischief and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

Personal property was stolen that belonged to the resident, Assistant District Attorney Claudette S. Caldwell said.
