Arts Services Initiative of Western New York named Randall Kramer president of its board of directors for a one-year term. Kramer is the artistic and executive director of MusicalFare Theatre. Other officers: vice president, Kate Koperski, director of the Castellani Art Museum of Niagara University; secretary, Paulette Harris, artistic director of the Paul Robeson Theatre; and treasurer, Kathleen Godwin owner of Accounting Repair and Maintenance. Also, the board appointed three new directors: Journey Gunderson, executive director of the Lucy Desi Center for Comedy/Lucille Ball Desi Arnaz Museum; Daniel T. Montante, president of Montante Solar; and John A. Mueller, associate of Harter Secrest & Emery.


Freed Maxick CPAs appointed Sandra York manager, Daniel Byles-Smith supervisor and Kellie M. Smith supervisor. All three are CPAs in the Tax Practice.


HUNT Real Estate ERA welcomed Stephanie Grillo, a licensed real estate saleswoman, to its Village of Williamsville branch. Grillo has more than four years of real estate sales experience.
