LOCKPORT – Antonio M. Mozell, 28, of Willow Avenue, Niagara Falls, pleaded guilty in Niagara County Court Friday to having three-tenths of an ounce of cocaine when his probation officer visited his home last year.

Mozell was promised the minimum sentence of 18 months in prison for fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, stemming from the April 4 arrest.

Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas said she might assign Mozell to the state prison system’s secure drug treatment facility when he returns to court May 23, with the 18 months in a cell used as a threat if Mozell washes out of treatment.
