Falls cocaine dealers plead guilty in separate cases

LOCKPORT – Two Niagara Falls men pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance in separate but nearly identical cases Friday.

State Supreme Court Justice Richard C. Kloch Sr. said he would probably impose five-year probation sentences on both men when they return to court April 25.

Johnny L. Mulkey, 25, of Belden Place, sold cocaine Jan. 23, 2013. Mark A. Smith, 27, of Grove Avenue, did so May 23, 2012.
