NORTH TONAWANDA – A scavenger hunt for a pot of gold and a ride on the carousel with a lucky leprechaun are part of a St. Patrick’s Day celebration from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Herschell Carrousel Factory Museum, 180 Thompson St.

Visitors are invited to immerse themselves in Irish culture, learn about the history and enjoy crafts and snacks.

A performance by the Rochez Academy of Irish Dance will be held at 1:30 p.m.

All activities are included with paid admission, $6 per person and $5 for Carrousel Society members. No coupons or passes accepted.

With the exception of special events and tours, the museum is closed for general admission until April 2.

Other upcoming spring events include:

The “Egg-cellent Easter Event,” noon to 4 p.m. April 19; and a Victorian Tea from 2 to 4 p.m. April 26.
