Buffalo man jailed for driving impaired in Cheektowaga

A 24-year-old Buffalo man was ordered to serve a 30 jail term after Cheektowaga Town Justice Paul S. Piotrowski found him guilty after a brief-non-jury trial of driving while impaired by alcohol and harassment.

Cebrinn R. Hill of Gorton Street was found guilty after his arrest for running a red light on George Urban Boulevard at Patrick Lane about 4:50 a.m. Sept. 8. Hill was accused of spitting at the two Cheektowaga officers who pulled him over just past the intersection. He was been charged with driving while intoxicated and harassment.
