Pedestrian claims a driver terrorized him

A 40-year-old Cheektowaga man was arrested for allegedly terrorizing a man he nearly ran over with his car along Fillmore Avenue near Clinton Street about 2 p.m. Wednesday. Patrick Bundy of Shanley Street, was charged with a felony count of attempted assault in the second-degree and menacing.

According to a Buffalo man who apparently had some short of past disagreement with Bundy the suspect pulled across traffic on Fillmore and “bumped” him with his car as he was walking south toward Clinton. Bundy allegedly drove his car onto the sidewalk and chased the man to the intersection.

The man told police Bundy also threatened him with a black handgun, but police found no weapons when they arrested Bjundy.
