LITTLE VALLEY – A 16-year-old Delevan boy waived grand jury review of his case and pleaded guilty to a felony charge of grand larceny in the fourth degree for the theft of a number of rifles and shotguns during a Town of Yorkshire break-in this past Dec. 13, court officials said Wednesday. John P. Board faces sentencing May 12 from Cattaraugus County Justice Ronald D. Ploetz.
