The Sabres’ Week Ahead

Monday – at Dallas: The last game before the trade deadline will also feature a meeting between two of the Sabres’ 16 coaches, Ted Nolan and the Stars’ Lindy Ruff.

Thursday – at Tampa Bay: The Sabres’ lineup could feature a bunch of new names, which means no one will have time to check out an afternoon spring training game.

Friday – at Florida: The Panthers made six first-round picks in the last four years. Five of the players have already reached the NHL. Florida will select in the top five again.

Next Sunday – Chicago Blackhawks: Patrick Kane, Jonathan Toews and the defending Stanley Cup champions make their only visit to Buffalo this season.
