LOCKPORT – Two Niagara Falls brothers were sent to state prison Friday by Niagara County Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas in connection with a burglary spree between March and June 2013.

Justin S. Pardee, 18, of 100th Street, drew six years behind bars, while Mark A. Pardee, 21 of the same address, was sentenced to 3½ years. Both face five years of post-release supervision.

After their release, Justin Pardee will owe $1,757 in restitution and his brother will have to repay $2,115 to the homeowners.

On Jan. 24, co-defendant Aaron M. Adamec, 19, of 70th Street, was sentenced to four years in prison, and on Nov. 17, an 87th Street 18-year-old was granted youthful offender status and imprisoned for 16 months to four years. All four had pleaded guilty to second-degree burglary.
