LOCKPORT – A Niagara Falls man who took part in an Aug. 28 mugging that left the victim with four cracked ribs pleaded guilty Thursday in Niagara County Court.
Kenneth L. Graham II, 25, of Lafayette Avenue, admitted to second-degree assault and could be given up to seven years in prison when he is sentenced March 13 by County Judge Matthew J. Murphy III.
Deputy District Attorney Doreen M. Hoffmann said Graham struck the victim with a cast Graham had on his arm at the time, and then Graham and another man, who has not been caught. kicked and robbed the victim outside a store at 19th Street and Ashland Avenue.
Graham said, “He got up as soon as I hit him, and I never kicked him.”
