LOCKPORT – A man who made three drug sales to police agents in 2012 was sentenced to a year in state prison Thursday by Niagara County Judge Matthew J. Murphy III.

William T. Lewis, 31, of Falls Street, Niagara Falls, had pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, the same charge for which he was convicted in 2004.

Lewis admitted to selling crack cocaine to an undercover officer in a parking lot at Portage Road and Falls Street in the Falls Nov. 20, 2012.
