MAYVILLE – A 32-year-old Westfield man was arrested on drug and traffic charges after he was spotted driving towards a Chautauqua County sheriff’s vehicle on North Portage Street in the Village of Westfield with his high headlights on about 8:24 p.m. Thursday.
