LOCKPORT – A Newfane man who admitted to driving under the influence of a combination of alcohol and methadone was sentenced Friday to four weekends in jail, three years on probation and fines and fees totaling $1,450.

Niagara County Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas imposed the sentence on Steven A. Rathke, 54, of Ridge Road. He was arrested Jan. 31 in the Town of Lockport.
