Christmas Day is past, and the Trans-Siberian Orchestra has come and gone. But Christmastide, according to ancient tradition, continues. Sunday, historic Fourteen Holy Helpers Church is holding a Festival of Lessons and Carols for Epiphany, the feast that marks the arrival in Bethlehem of the Three Kings. Hymns, carols and anthems will tell the story of Christ’s birth from Christmas Day to the Presentation in the Temple. The festival is presented by the Fourteen Holy Helpers Choir under the direction of Patrick Barrett.
The Festival of Lessons and Carols takes place at 4 p.m. Sunday in Fourteen Holy Helpers (1345 Indian Church Road, West Seneca). Admission is free. For information, call 674-2374.
