TOWN OF NIAGARA – Three Town of Niagara residents were arrested for their roles in a series of burglaries and larcenies in the Porter Road area following a joint investigation by the Town of Niagara Police and Niagara County Sheriff departments.

Anthony D. Evrard, 29, was charged with second-degree burglary, third-degree burglary, fourth-degree larceny and petit larceny. He was arraigned in Town of Niagara Court were bail was set at $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond. A return date was set for Jan. 30.

Also charged were Kyle V. Swinger, 27, and Elizabeth G. Vanness, 31. Both were charged with criminal possession of stolen property.

Niagara County Sheriff’s investigators interviewed several people and recovered multiple items that are believed to have been stolen.
