DUNKIRK – A traffic stop on Main near East Fourth streets shortly before 4 p.m. Friday led to the arrests of a man wanted in a drug case and two others, Dunkirk police said.

Noel Rodriguez, 33, of Maple Avenue had been wanted on an outstanding felony Chautauqua County indictment on two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substancce.

In a search of the car, police added, they also found mason jars filled with high-quality marijuana buds and several marijuana blunts.

The driver, Javier Hernandez-Gonzalez, 23, of Lincoln Avenue was charged with criminal and unlawful possession of marijuana – and failure to use headlights in inclement weather.

Marvin J. Harvey, 22, of Maple Avenue, was charged with criminal and unlwaful possession of marijuana, as well as criminal possession of a controlled substance – Ecstasy pills found on him during booking, police said.
